MODULE 6 Undertaking the Home Inspection and completing an assessed Home Condition Report – preparing for the Inspection – use of tools and equipment – initial view of property – seller’s questionnaire – on-site observed inspection of building and site area – reviewing notes and photographs and addressing queries – calculation of insurance rebuilding costs – interpretation of findings and deciding condition ratings – finalising the HCR – archiving records – on-site practical ‘assessed inspection’ followed by individual feedback and analysis.
